Grade A

mild myelosuppression

moderate myelosuppression (2–3 weeks for bone marrow recovery)

severe myelosuppression (4 weeks for bone marrow recovery)

severe myelosuppression and persistent immunodeficiency

Consolidation therapy for leukemia:

DA (DNR, Ara-C); MA (MIT, Ara-C); high-dose Ara-C

Chemotherapy for Malignant lymphoma:
