OLG inhibited chemokine production in RT7 stimulated by heat-killed P. gingivalis. Treatment with 50 μg/mL OLG significantly inhibited the production of interleukin 8 (IL-8) (a), C-C motif ligand 20 (CCL20) (b), and growth-related oncogene protein-α (GRO-α) (c) after 24 h of stimulation by heat-killed P. gingivalis (MOI = 10). The values are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation of four replicate measurements. ** (p < 0.01) shows significant differences when compared to the non-stimulated control. ## (p < 0.01) shows significant differences when compared to the control stimulated by heat-killed P. gingivalis.
