S. anginosus was involved in autophagy-mediated inhibition of migration and invasion. a Migratory ability of SCC15 cells was detected by wound healing assay. presence of autophagy in SCC15/S decreased migratory ability compared with control groups (P < 0.05). b Transwell migration assays manifested that up-regulated autophagy decreased numbers of migrated cells.
