Effect of iRoot SP on ALP and mineralization for hSCAPs. A ALP activity was assessed on days 3, 7, and 14. There is no significant difference in the ALP levels between the 2 mg/mL, 0.02 mg/mL, and control groups. The 0.2 mg/mL group presents the highest ALP activity. B Alizarin red staining shows that 0.2 mg/mL iRoot-SP-treated cells generate more mineralized nodules than those subjected to the control treatment.
