Each bubbles represents a metabolic pathway of the sample. Regarding the ordinate, the higher the −log₁₀ p of the bubble is, the smaller the p value of the sample is. Regarding the abscissa, the bigger the size of the bubble is, the greater the impact value of the sample is.
