Plasma levels of cfDNA, cfDNA integrity, caspase activities and exosomes. The levels depicted as box plots were measured in one presurgical and three postsurgical plasma samples in each of 25 allogeneic and in one presurgical and one postsurgical plasma samples in each of 10 autolologous patients. The concentrations of Alu115 and Alu247 were quantified by real-time PCR, and the ratio of Alu247/Alu115 was calculated which served as cfDNA integrity.
