While I was browsing Roos Leroy et al. paper, 2010, BMC OH (Methodological issues in epidemiological studies of periodontitis) I noticed that authors displayed severe periodontitis according to case definitions for periodontitis (Page and Eke, 2007) in table 1 as 2 interproximal sites with CAL ≥ 4??? Which is supposed to be 6 as displayed in table 13 in the original paper J periodontology 2007;78:1387-1399, I am sure that is a typing error but it may create overestimation of severe periodontitis and overlap with moderate cases
