The inhibition of ZDHHC16 promoted cell growth of DPSCs

ZDHHC16 plasmid increased ZDHHC16 mRNA expression, and si-ZDHHC16 plasmid reduced ZDHHC16 mRNA expression in DPSCs (A and E); ZDHHC16 up-regulation decreased cell development, and ZDHHC16 down-regulation increased cell development (B and F); ZDHHC16 up-regulation decreased the number of EdU cells, and ZDHHC16 down-regulation promoted the quantity of EdU cells (×20, C1, C2 and G1, G2); ZDHHC16 up-regulation inhibited the migration rate of DPSCs, and ZDHHC16 down-regulation promoted the DPSCs migration rate(×50, D1, D2 and H1, H2).
