XTT reduction assay of black fungi after 3-hour incubation. The darkness of an orange color represented the quantity of biofilm. OM2 and OM4 showed a strong orange color after 3-hour incubation in XTT reduction assay, which was as strong as C. albicans and stronger than C. parapsilosis. The solution in each well was measured by microtiter plate reader, and the resulted absorbance values were recorded in Table 2.
