RT-PCR analysis of PARs mRNA in GECs. RT-PCR was performed using the primers specific to each type of PAR, as described in Table 1. The PCR products were subjected to electrophoresis through a 1.5 % agarose gel. Lines 1–6 represent β-actin, PAR-4, PAR-3, PAR-2, PAR-1 and Marker separately.
