The tumor was located on the right floor of mouth and ventral part of tongue, with bleeding and necrosis on the surface. Due to poor hygiene conditions in the mouth of the patient, there are food residues, etc., and the surface of the tumor is white. The black part is the tumor tissue of ischemic necrosis. Extra oral examination revealed limited mouth opening that was about 1.5 cm
