Analysis of E2 supplementation in odontoblastic differentiation of DPSCs. The mRNA levels of odontoblast specific markers ALP, DMP-1, and DSPP were highest in odonto/osteoblasts supplemented with E2. Levels were similar to those in cultured pure odontoblasts from dental chamber (Odontoblast). Expression of ER-α was highest in E2 supplemented differentiated cells.
