In vitro cytotoxicity of hDPs after exposure to extracted medium prepared from DyCal®, ProRoot® MTA, Biodentine™ and TheraCal™ LC for 1 day. Cell cultured in normal growth medium was employed as the control. a Cell morphology was observed under an inverted phase contrast microscope 1 day after exposure. The hDPs were round and partial cell detachment was observed after exposure to the DyCal® or TheraCal™ LC extraction medium.
