PDLSCs cultured in complete MSC Nutristem medium supplied with 2 mmol/l β-glycerophoshate for a period of 2 (A) and 3 weeks (C) showed few mineralized nodules. PDLSCs co-cultured with APTG-CM for a period of 2 (B) and 3 weeks (D) showed the abundance of nodules.
