Class IIId maxillary defect noted after wide excision of a left maxilla squamous cell carcinoma (T4N0M0) (A). The orbit floor and rim were repaired with a Titanium mesh and C-shape microplate, respectively (B). A single ALT fasciocutaneous flap (18 cm × 6 cm) was transposed to the defect (C).
