The imaging examination of the patient's jaw bone. Muiltiple ill-defined multilocular, amorphous-shaped radiolucencies in both maxilla and mandible were identified in Panomeric film (a). Radiographic bone loss was noticed, that bone level was seen to extend beyond the middle third of the root. The inferior border of the mandible showed punched-out lesions, partially surrounded by areas of periosteal reaction (b)
