Effect of TLR and CLR agonists on the osteogenic differentiation of hDPSCs. Cells were treated with TLR or CLR agonists at 1 and 10 µg/ml in an osteogenic induction medium (OM). Alkaline Phosphatase Activity (ALP) activity was examined on day 7 (A). The relative absorbance of the solubilised ALP staining was measured (B). The mineralisation was shown by Alizarin Red S staining and Von Kossa staining on day 14 (C). The relative absorbance of the solubilised alizarin red dye was measured at 570 nm (D). Bars indicate a statistically significant difference between groups (p < 0.05)
