Temporal profiles of genes in the variable expression group across TMJ ankylosis. Using STC analysis, the expression profiles of 954 DEGs that temporally exhibited patterns of both increased and decreased expression were clustered, and 16 temporal clusters were obtained; among them, Clusters 47 and 22 were statistically significant. The data is presented as log2 fold change values over the following time points: Day 1, 4, 7, 9, 11, 14 and 28 post operation.
