There were limited recommendations that were relevant which is why some reviewers had given it a low score, however the team concluded that the few recommendations that were relevant were of acceptable quality. ** Although the AGREE II scores for this guideline were high, independent review and consideration of the wider content of the guideline, it was not taken further for narrative review. This was due to the limited number of recommendations and the evidence base for this. The reviewers did feel that the guideline was presented in a methodical and clear manner hence the high AGREE II score however when evaluating the most important aspects of quality, the guideline was deemed inadequate.
